We provide you with detailed descriptions and pictures so you can make an informed decision along with friendly Customer Support around the clock. If you receive an item that is not as described we will refund 100% of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee to cover packaging and insurance costs, not including any shipping costs you may have incurred.
Return Policy for LibertyAuctionHouse.com Items
- All returns should be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are subject to approval and any duties/taxes or customs fees are non-refundable.
When creating an RMA you will have the option to select one of the following Refund methods:
Money Refund This refund will be issued back to the form of original payment.
Once your return is received your refund will be completed typically within 3-5 business days from date of receipt.
How to Return Merchandise
Before returning your merchandise please obtain a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)!
- You can obtain your own RMA number, online, by logging in to your account and clicking on the link Return Item. Along with your User Id and Listing #s, please provide detailed reasons for your return.
- You can also obtain an RMA by logging on to Live Help or clicking on Return Item in the My Items Page.
- Upon approval, Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization #.
- Please print the RMA # on the outside of all returning parcels.
- All items need to be returned with all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your refund may be delayed or we may not be able to process the return and have to send it back to you.
- Please do not put shipping labels on product packaging.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once return has been accepted.
- US customers, ship your parcel via a standard shipping method. Ensure you obtain a valid tracking number to track and confirm delivery of your package.
- We advise international customers to use a shipper other than UPS to return items to us. If UPS must be used, duties and taxes should be paid by our customer before it is sent. Any packages delivered to Liberty Auction House with duties and taxes due upon receipt may be refused.
